There are two ways of making a character. One, the most common is making a bio such as this:
Name:
Age:
Race:
Gender:
Height:
Weight:
Weapon(s):
Inner Power(s):
Appearance:
Ascension(s):
Magic Spells:
Moves:
History/Background:
Now, you just have to fill the blanks.
The other way is to make a high-quality post about your character instead of making a bio. In that post, you will describe the outside appearance of your character in third-person view. Then, you may switch to first-person view or continue with third person to describe the person emotions in a situation that you will create. So in short, it is a small story.
This style is restricted for story characters only, and for characters that will only be used in a TBRPB. The post will also not be accepted if it is under 600 words. If it is under the 600 mark, I will inform you to edit it.

-----------------------
The sun reached its highest peak in the sky, as did the clouds that hovered around it like balls of fluff. People bustled through the Town Of Arcania, known as the city of the arts. Many of the townsfolk are wizards and sorcerers, easy to see with their silk robes and long staffs. Other townsfolk just live there because they might feel safer there then anywhere else. To the Cyborg Betaku, this was a bunch of rubbish.
“Hmph…sorcery, magic, 100% full of ****.”
In the future, 4000 years into the future which is 6005 AD, magic became obsolete. People have developed armor and weapons to combat such. There are still magic users that exist, but they are split up across the universe. This is how they keep safe. They are known as the Magicites. These people range from good to evil, or even neutral, but mostly good.
This town is the main hub of all the Magicites. It is well hidden from nearly the rest of the world, and the only reason Betaku was able to find it was a special tracking system built into his body, and even then it wasn’t easy. But all that mattered now was to find his target.
He stood up, his red cape drooping to the ground. His one brown eye along with his cybernetic eye, stared down at the people below him. He was on a skyscraper of sorts, except that it hovered off the ground.
“These people take such pride in their skills, but some of these things are just illogical.” Betaku said to himself.
His voice almost sounded emotionless. But none of that mattered. He didn’t care about updating his vocal chips. He cared about finishing his mission. That was what he was all about, the mission. He walked to the absolute edge of the skyscraper and stretched his arms out wide.
He then tipped over the edge, and started to descend his way down from 10 stories high. He didn’t even close his eyes, he kept them focused on the ground below. His lips parted in a smile. His red shirt flapped in the wind, his brown baggy pants flapping as well and covering a part of his black boots.
He does look like a human, he has black hair spiked forward, and his brown eye but he does have robot parts. His arms are robotic but look like human arms, and one of his brown eyes are really robotic.
He didn’t really care what people thought, he looked ok enough.
Betaku’s POV
-------------------------
Sometimes I…feel that I am doing the wrong thing. My mission is to assassinate a sorcerer known as Nesbin Mishishota, for illegally destroying 4 Mech units. Of course, he had claimed before this that he was just trying to ‘defend his planet’ but the execution has to stay, according to the Earthers point of view.
But I didn’t…or couldn’t care. Either way, I had to kill him. I have to follow orders, that’s what machines do…follow…orders.
“…..Why must my brain be consumed by such anguished thoughts.” I muttered to myself.
As I came down to the ground below, I quickly flipped myself right-side up and landed on my feet as quickly as I came flying down. People started to run off in all directions, but I ignored them and started to dash forward towards a empty alleyway.
As I went down the alley, I heard people rustling and soldiers getting them into shape. I wouldn’t call them soldiers, they’re just wizards in soldier outfits.
Suddenly, I saw up ahead my target, I could see. Back at HQ I analyzed this mage’s DNA (how they stumbled upon it I don’t have answers for.) and this person matches the description. I extended my right hand out and it shone a deep white. When the light dimmed, a sword was where my arm used to be, and it was the same size as well.
All of a sudden I calculated that this would not be as easy as I thought…
